Exhibition Invitation

Firstly, we look forward to seeing you at our November exhibition. We always strive to make this a show that features high quality layouts and trade, and which provides an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our electronic registration uses Google Forms to record your details and requirements. The information you enter remains editable by you (using the same link) so you can add placeholders if you still need to check any answers, or update them later.

You are recommended to select the option to have your responses sent to you when you submit the form. This email also contains the link to edit your responses.

Google Forms do require you have a Google account – pretty much anyone who uses the Chrome browser will have one. Note that these are different to Gmail – there is no requirement to have a Gmail account to use Google Forms.

There are separate forms for each type of attendee so please select the link in the appropriate section below.

The club provides a range of support to those who have been invited and this is described on the relevant forms. All attendees will also be able to purchase breakfast rolls and lunches from the school if desired. The club provides tea, coffee and biscuits for everyone.

Electrical Equipment (‘PAT’) Testing.

In line with many other venues the Admiral Lord Nelson school has put a requirement in our hire agreement that all mains electrical equipment is ‘PAT’ tested prior to use.  The SHMRC does not want to be in the position of having to turn an exhibitor away on the day and as ‘PAT’ testing is now required by most venues we would ask that all mains electrical equipment is ‘PAT’ tested prior to arriving at the school.

‘PAT’ testing consists of a formal visual inspection and the electrical test itself.  The inspection and testing should be carried out within the year prior to our exhibition.
