Layout History
SHMRC is honoured to be the custodian of Iain Rice’s Hepton Wharf layout. This was one of the layouts that advanced the concept of ‘Cameo Layouts’. Originally built for a Scaleforum weekend challenge in 1993 by Iain Rice, Tony Wilson, John Chambers, Tony Hill, Gordon Ashton, Jonathan and Don Leeper.
